How do I book a consultation? To book a session with me, simply select a date and time on this site.
What does a consultation look like? You will receive a link before the consult for an online video chat. Simple click the link when it is time for the consult and I will be there to introduce myself and ask you questions pertinent to your health concerns. You will have filled out a health history and returned to me prior to our appointment to streamline the actual consultation. We will discuss as much detail as you like to help me have a clear picture of your concerns and any diagnoses you may have. After our call, I will work out a schedule of remedies and send you the details, as well as where to purchase your remedies. I do not provide you with the medicines directly. You will purchase them from a reputable homeopathic pharmacy. We will set a time for a follow-up at our first meeting.
Why do I need a follow-up? Follow-up appointments are necessary in your journey with me. The follow-up is usually 6-8 weeks after the first meeting. We discuss the positive changes in your health since starting your schedule of remedies, as well as any obstacles you may have encountered. Sometimes the body lets us know what changes need to be made on the journey to better health. Some schedules require adjustments, some do not. Some conditions are resolved quickly and some take more time. It is not 'magic', it is science. I am here to help you, therefore it is imperative for you to take accurate notes of changes, improvements or struggles along the way so I can address these as we move forward together.
How much is a consultation? Consultations are $250 per session, per person. This fee includes 2 follow-up appointments. If a third, fourth, fifth etc. follow-up is required (which is common), the fee will be $100 per session for each individual follow-up.
How do I pay for a consultation? Payment is made at the time of booking. Once you request an appointment you will be able to make payment. Options can be made available that best suits your needs.
What if I need to cancel an appointment? If you need to simply change the date, send an email explaining the circumstances and request a new date/time. If you need to cancel completely, you can do so with a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the cancellation happens within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, there will be a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Life happens, I am willing to work with you as you encounter issues with your booked appointment.
What if I am taking medications? I am not a doctor and will never ask you to stop taking medications. I will recommend that you continue to work with your doctor if you have certain conditions that require regular monitoring by your health-care provider. Your medications will be taken into account during the consultation.
What if I want to discuss my child's health concerns, as well as mine? (Or other family members) If you require a consult for other family members, I will work with you to determine any extra charges that many be necessary at the time of your consult to accommodate your family needs.
